Project goals
- The modernisation of the Backup services.
- Costs reduction and manage future growth cost effectively.
- Historical backups are migrated and maintained.
Scope
- Exchange Online: Mailboxes, calendar items, contacts,archives Full and item-level recovery
- SharePoint Online: Sites, lists, document libraries Full sites and granular item recovery
- OneDrive for Business: Files, folders, sharing metadata User-level and file-level recovery
- Microsoft Teams: Chat messages, posts, files, channels Team-level recovery and file-levelrestore
- Migrate and maintain historical backups of all of the above
