Tender Description

Blacktown City Council is seeking proposals for provision of early childhood educational aids and equipment. Branded as Kids’ Early Learning we currently provide care for over 5500 children each week.

Project goals

Blacktown City Council (we, us, our), a local authority under the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW) and one of the largest Councils in Australia, is seeking proposals for provision of early childhood educational aids and equipment. We outline the Scope at section 2.

The successful tenderer will:

  •  be an experienced and qualified person, entity or firm
  •  have a proven ability to provide the Services.

Scope

A guide to the provision and distribution of aids and equipment as follows, but not limited to:

  • Art and Craft
  • Furniture
  • Infant and Toddler resources
  • Dramatic play
  • Music and movement
  • Culture and communities
  • Science and technology
  • Math
  • Physical and wellbeing
  • Inclusive support
