Tomerong Pressure Sewer System – Verification of Concept and Detailed Design Services

Introduction

Shoalhaven City Council (Council) invites Tenders from suitably qualified Consultants for Design Services as specified in this Request for Tender (RFT), including (but not limited to) verification of concept design and provision of detailed design services for the Tomerong.

Pressure Sewer System including specification and all on property works, to meet current and future planned inflows to service the village of Tomerong, in accordance with this RFT. Bidders must submit Tenders in the manner required by this RFT. Council has adopted a Statement of Business Ethics which applies to this RFT process. A copy of the Statement can be downloaded at Council’s website www.shoalhaven.nsw.gov.au.

This RFT will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Local Government Act 1993, the Local Government (General) Regulations 2005 and the Office of Local Government NSW Tendering Guidelines.
