Provision of Linen Services Coffs Coast Holiday Parks

ABOUT THE CITY OF COFFS HARBOUR (City):

Coffs Harbour is positioned halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. Coffs Harbour is a thriving regional coastal city of approximately 84,000 people and enjoys a unique lifestyle created by its geography and climate. Nestled between coastal slopes of the Great Dividing Range and the 80 kilometres of golden beaches that form its boundaries Coffs Harbour has gained a reputation as a dynamic and rapidly expanding economic hub.

ABOUT THIS REQUEST FOR TENDER (RFT):

The City of Coffs Harbour seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified contractors to provide linen services to all four of the City's holiday parks in Coffs Harbour, Sawtell and Woolgoolga. This tender is released under City contract CON00749 Provision of Linen Services Coffs Coast Holiday Parks which will be awarded to a single contractor, however, the City retains the right to make the tender award to more than one contractor where it deems appropriate. The award of tender will require the contractor to be bound by the City's Services Agreement, a copy of which is supplied in the RFT document package.

NON-MANDATORY SITE VISIT

As part of this RFT, the City is NOT offering the opportunity of a site visit.

REGISTRATION:

RFT documents may be obtained after registration on the etender portal.

ENQUIRIES:

RFT enquiries should be directed to Tracy Kerr, Operations Manager via the the etender portal's online forum prior to 10am AEDST on Friday 27 February 2026.

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed RFT responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box only, using the editable MS Word document supplied in the RFT document package.

Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion.

The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced RFT all or any part of the RFT and reserves the right to conduct the RFT process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous.

The City staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Canvassing of Councillors and members of City staff other than the contact detailed above by a tenderer may render their tender submission ineligible for evaluation.
