Emerging Site Leaders Program

The Department is seeking the services of a supplier to co-design and deliver a high-quality 4-day professional learning program for emerging site leaders in schools and preschools. The program must be tailored to address the distinct leadership contexts and development needs of primary and secondary schools, and preschools.

The program will cater for approximately 400 emerging site leaders over three years, delivered in multiple cohorts, with flexibility to accommodate fluctuations in participant numbers.

The supplier must provide skilled consultants to co-design and deliver the program in collaboration with Orbis and Department stakeholders.

Delivery will be through a combination of face-to-face and online learning experiences, designed to translate professional learning into practical leadership capability.

All services are to be delivered in accordance with the requirements outlined in Part B - Specification.

The expected contract period of 3 years and 2 months comprising:

• a base term of 20 months – commencing in early May 2026; and
•  One extension period for up to 18 months.
