Tender Description
Overview
In support of the Land Swap Agreement between Defence and South Australian Government, the Land Swap Keswick Barracks Project (EST02011) will relocate all 'essential functions' from Keswick Barracks to alternate sites within the Adelaide Metropolitan Region. The Project's scope will provide facilities and infrastructure at the recommended alternate sites to enable relocation of essential personnel and support services from Keswick Barracks.Works at the Keswick Barracks or Osborne Naval Shipyard sites are not part of this approach to market.
Multiplex Constructions Pty Ltd (Multiplex) was awarded the Managing Contractor Contract (MCC) for the Land Swap Keswick Barracks Project.
The MCC requires Multiplex to procure design consultants and works subcontractors through reimbursable subcontracts. This approach to market is for design consultants.
The 22 Work Packages are being considered for procurement, and expressions of interest are invited to support a future Request for Tender (RFT).
Further details of the approach to market and the packages being sought are provided within the Expression of Interest (EOI) document. Respondents are asked to provide expressions of interest by completing the EOI document.
Respondents are advised that the proposed work packages are draft and changes may be made (including grouping and deferment of procurement) following the expression of interest.
Respondents are requested to complete one expression of interest per company where they can nominate for multiple work packages. Respondents are however reminded to provide capability and capacity information for each nominated work package.
