Provision of Video Conferencing for Acute Clinical Neonatal Transport Support

⁠⁠⁠Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is seeking goods, services and licensing to achieve the following:

• Enable real-time remote collaboration between neonatologists and care teams during critical acute neonatal clinical events.
• Support visualisation of imminent births, guided resuscitations, and expert advice for critically ill newborns.
• Extend NETS WA and Neonatology expertise into special care nurseries, birth suites, and retrieval environments.
• Solution capable of future integration with WA Health systems (Conference Recording, Electronic Medical Records(EMR), Digital Medical Records(DMR)).
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, ICT guidelines, and cybersecurity requirements.

The initiative aims to establish a secure, reliable, and user-friendly telehealth platform enabling neonatologists to provide real-time video consultations to Perth metropolitan hospitals with limited neonatal services.
