Building Repair Works - Milang Caravan Park Residence & Clayton Bay Community Hall

Alexandrina Council invites Tenders for building repair works to both the Milang Caravan Park residence building and Clayton Bay Community Hall.

The Milang Caravan Park residence is located on Woodrow Drive, Milang, and the Clayton Bay Community Hall is located at 6 Alexandrina Drive, Clayton Bay.

Council has recently completed building condition audits for both facilities, which identified a range of repair works required to address structural integrity, aesthetic improvements, and compliance with current building codes. The scope of works will require the appointed contractor to undertake construction activities, investigate the extent of structural requirements for access ramps, and prepare a roof condition report. Council is seeking to engage an experienced and suitably qualified contractor to deliver all required works and associated services to ensure completion to a high-quality standard.

The Tenderer shall provide the Services in accordance with the Specifications contained within Section D of the RFT Documentation, as well as supporting information TMK Engineering condition assessment documentation and accompanying reports and Forenx Engineers structural assessment report.

Note: Any works recommended within TMK Engineers condition report or Forenx structural report that are not within the scope of works detailed in Section D, will not form part of the contracted works.

A mandatory briefing session is to be conducted at 9am to 9:45am, 18 February 2026 at Clayton Bay Community Hall and 10am to 10:45am, 18 February 2026 at the Milang Caravan Park Residence.

Council will enter into an Agreement for Services with the successful tenderer.
