This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The delivery of ongoing support and maintenance services for the APSC TM1 application.
The Supplier must be available on an ad‑hoc basis for an initial period of up to twelve (12) months to provide ongoing support and maintenance services on a managed services basis.
The managed services must include, at a minimum:
- support for routine data uploads;
- bug fixes and remediation of system issues;
- on‑call support in accordance with agreed service levels; and
- delivery of minor enhancements necessary to maintain operational effectiveness and service continuity.
These services will be delivered for a fixed fee in accordance with the pricing schedule.
Major enhancements, new functionality, or ad‑hoc improvement or development work that constitutes a material change in scope are excluded from the fixed fee arrangement and may only be undertaken subject to separate agreement on scope, timeframes, and fees in accordance with the contract variation provisions.
