Expression of Interest – Farmhouse and/or Land Lease for “Wirrabilla” 419 Grawlin Siding Road

Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for “Wirrabilla” 419 Grawlin Siding Road, Forbes, being Lot 3 DP 787225. EOI options are open for:

• Lease of a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom farmhouse with an older single car garage and garden shed on approx. 2Ha (approximately 4.94 acres), however open to negotiation.
• Lease/agistment of approx. 124 hectares (approx. 306.4 acres) which includes 2 machinery sheds, one shearing shed and 3 dams, however open to negotiation.
