Property Acquisition Survey Services for New England Renewable Energy Zone (NE REZ) Project

New England REZ project seeking a service provider to deliver Property Acquisition Survey Services to support land acquisition and enable the design and development of the New England Project.

Project goals

Project goals include providing the survey and mapping deliverables necessary to enable property acquisition, easement creation, and construction activities for the New England REZ project - ensuring compliance, readiness, and coordination across all acquisition scenarios.

Scope

HIgh Level Deliverables are:

i) Plans of Proposed Easement for temporary or permanent access, construction easements, or construction leases.

ii) Plans of Acquisition for freehold or partial freehold land acquisition.

iii) Pegging of construction and access easements.

iv) Review and approval with Land Registry Services to ensure Deposited Plans are registerable and pre-examined.

v) Support for interface coordination and approval of required interface agreements.
