Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2 Main Works – Prequalified Light Rail Vehicle Supplier - Registration of Interest (ROI)

TfNSW is inviting suitably experienced and qualified organisations to register their interest in the design, manufacture, testing and commissioning of LRVs for the PLR Stage 2 Main Works

Project goals

Transport for NSW (TfNSW) invites suitably qualified organisations to register their interest to participate in the procurement process for Prequalified LRV Suppliers for the Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2 Main Works (PLR Stage 2 Main Works).

Organisations that are potential ECI Contractors or suppliers of rail systems are advised that they should register their interest to participate in PLR Stage 2 Main Works via separate registration processes. Refer to ‘PLR2MW – Prequalified Rail Systems Supplier - ROI Invitation’ for further details.

PLR Stage 2 will connect local communities in the Greater Parramatta and Olympic Peninsula, and bring the vision of a ‘30-minute city’ closer to reality. The Main Works for PLR Stage 2a will deliver:

• 4.5kms of track 
• a new bridge linking Camellia and Rydalmere 
• nine new stops 
• an expanded Stabling and Maintenance Facility 
• additional light rail vehicles

Scope

To successfully register interest to participate in the procurement process for Prequalified LRV Suppliers, organisations must follow the instructions outlined in the attached document titled “PLR2MW – Prequalified LRV Supplier - Registration of Interest Invitation”, including submission of the completed ROI Returnable Schedules and duly executed Corporate Confidentiality Deed Poll.

ROI Submissions must be submitted to TfNSW before the Closing Time and Date by email to: plr2mwprocurement@transport.nsw.gov.au
