Tender Description
Norfolk Island Regional Council (NIRC) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the refurbishment of the NIRC Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP). The project is focused on remedial works to restore structural integrity and address existing defects. The scope does not constitute an upgrade or capacity expansion but rather seeks to improve operational reliability and extend the service life of the STP’s existing civil infrastructure.
Council is seeking individual quotes for the following. Tenderers may quote on one or more of the stated activities:
- Biosolids Removal and Management
- Grit Channel and Screening Improvements
- Auxiliary Equipment Replacement
- Rotating Biological Contactor (RBC) Refurbishment and Protective Structure
- Clarifier Refurbishment
Tenderers must provide an individual pricing schedule for each item they are quoting on and provide the following:
- Company profile and relevant experience.
- Proposed methodology and program.
- Key personnel and qualifications.
- Detailed pricing schedule.
- WHS and environmental management plans.
- Risk management approach.
- Evidence of licences and a minimum of $20M Public Liability insurance.
