Metering as a Service

Balonne Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for appointment as a preferred supplier for Metering as a Service (MaS) as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope.

AMENDMENT:

Council notes advice regarding the availability of DN20 meters with NMI M10 approval. The RFT does not mandate M10 certification for non potable meters. Council confirms it is open to respondents proposing NMI R49 approved meters, provided they are pattern approved, verified, and comply with relevant Australian Standards and maximum permissible error requirements. All proposed solutions will be assessed as part of the evaluation process.
