This RFQ is for a Digital Delivery Specialist and Scrum Master - EL2 equivalent

The ACIC requires an experienced Digital Delivery Specialist and Scrum Master to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering digital systems for the Agency to provide unique, actionable and insightful intelligence to combat the threats Australia faces from serious and organised crime. Operating under broad direction, you will drive release planning and scheduling to mitigate the risk associated with digital delivery of a large, complex program of competing activities to ensure that ACIC’s digital systems meet the needs of its users.

The role will involve driving the uplift of agile planning and delivery techniques, stakeholder engagement, conducting program planning and reporting, drafting of ministerial and executive briefs, facilitating knowledge sharing across the ACIC workforce and other ad hoc activities.

The Digital Delivery Specialist and Scrum Master will work within a team and across the Intelligence and Information Systems Division (IISD), at the direction of the Program Director on high-profile development projects. This is a fast-paced environment, and we require an enthusiastic, professional Digital Delivery Specialist and Scrum Master who has experience working on large, complex projects and delivery of great outcomes.
