Animal Management Facility - Block C

City of Palmerston is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to carry out upgrades to the Animal Management Facility, with the facility remaining operational throughout construction.

The scope of works includes:

• Construction of a new building addition (Block C), including civil, building and electrical works.
• Relocation of the existing automatic car park gate and installation of new fencing.
• Demolition of an existing section of the facility following completion of the new works.
