This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from suitable organisations wishing to be considered for a selective tender for the proposed alterations and additions to the Hall at Saint Maroun's College (SMC).

The Hall at 194 Wardell Road, Marrickville will be refurbished to enhance its capacity, functionality, and long-term suitability as a core multi-purpose facility for the campus. As part of these works, SMC will also undertake the installation of an OSD and carpark works to facilitate the Development Application conditions required by the Inner West Council.
