P30 Training Services

1. Training Objectives and Expected Outcomes

• Provide participants with foundational knowledge of Portfolio, Programme, and Project Offices (P3O) principles.

• Enable understanding of P3O roles, functions, and governance within an APS or large organisational context.

• Prepare participants to successfully achieve P3O Foundation certification.

• Build capability to apply P3O concepts in supporting PMO operations and decision-making.

2. Preferred Delivery Format and Location

• Delivery format: Primarily face‑to‑face, in‑person classroom training. An online attendance option may be provided on an exception basis.

• Location: Onsite at CQ2 Building, 68 Northbourne Ave, Canberra ACT 2600.

• Timing: February-March 2026, with training expected to commence closer to early March (specific dates to be confirmed).

3. Mandatory Qualifications or Experience for the Provider

• Accredited training organisation under PeopleCert/AXELOS for P3O Foundation delivery.

• Proven experience delivering training for APS or large organisational PMO/P3O teams.

• Trainer must hold P3O Practitioner (preferred) or minimum P3O Foundation certification.

4. Timeframes and Key Milestones

• Delivery of training: February–March 2026, with training expected to commence in early March (specific dates to be confirmed)

• Post-training reporting and certification: Within 2 weeks of course completion.

5. Additional Requirements

• Flexibility to accommodate additional attendees if required.

• Provide reporting on attendance and certification outcomes.

• Supply all required training materials and exam vouchers.

• Ability to adapt content for APS context and organisational PMO needs.
