This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
National Archives of Australia (National Archives) seeks to procure and implement a modern fit-forpurpose Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform to manage the delivery of services for National Archives staff, across a range of business services.
The project will replace an implementation of ServiceNow, which is not meeting the needs of the agency. The new platform must support core ESM capabilities, employee and asset lifecycle management, and workflow automation across selected National Archives business processes.
