Expression of Interest - Development Opportunity - Residential Land, Construction or Mixed-Use Development within the City of Karratha Local Government Area

The Department of Treasury and Finance is seeking Expressions of Interest from a suitably qualified developer(s) or Consortia to deliver residential land, residential construction or mixed-use development projects within the City of Karratha Local Government Area boundary.

Briefing 

A briefing session will be held at Lotteries House, 7 Morse Court, Karratha on 10 February 2026 11:00 AM.

Potential Proponents are required to confirm their attendance for the briefing (in person or virtually) by C.O.B. on Friday 6 February 2026 by contacting housingsupplyunit@dtf.wa.gov.au.

The State will record the name and organisation of all attendees at the session. Due to potential capacity constraints, individuals registered with the State via the formal registration process will be given priority access to attend the session in person if preferred.
