Installation of Gross Pollutant Trap Galston Major Drainage Project

Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractors for Installation of gross pollutant trap (GPT) under Galston Major Drainage Project on Council land adjacent to 29 Glen St Galston.

All interested parties are invited to submit tenders in accordance with this Invitation to Tender.

Tenders must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements of this Invitation to Tender.

Tenders must be in writing and must contain the documents, information and details as set out in these Conditions of Tender.

A Tender must be lodged electronically inthe portal for Tender submissions prior to the Closing Time as set out in the Tender documents.

Tender must include all documents and Schedules, must be clearly labelled as: "RFT01/2026 Installation of gross pollutant trap (GPT) Galston Major Drainage Project" and must only be lodged in the portal in the electronic tender box.

Failure to lodge according to these requirements may result in a Tender being deemed a Non-Conforming Tender, which may be set aside from further consideration at Council's absolute discretion.

An REF is provided as Appendix to this tender. Compliance with the REF will be a prerequisite for all Tenders.
