Provision of a Children's Services Strategy

Clarence City Council invites Quotations from suitably qualified Respondents to undertake a Consultancy to deliver:

• A draft ten-year Children’s Services Strategy (2025–2030) including:

• Provision model for the Clarence community
• Action plan with clear priorities, timelines, and responsibilities
• Evaluation framework for ongoing monitoring and review

• Presentation to senior management and Council based on the recommendations within the Draft Strategy

Clarence currently has no standalone Children’s Services Strategy. The creation of this strategy is a key recommendation within the broader review of council’s community service planning documents. It addresses identified gaps and complements existing plans related to youth, access and inclusion, and age-friendly communities and a life -course approach to community wellbeing and planning.
