Weddin Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced recruitment service providers for the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services for the role of Human Resources Manager.

The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in leading key HR functions including Workforce strategy, employee relations, performance and development, policy and compliance and supporting organisational change initiatives. Experience in Local Government would be highly regarded.

The scope of work for this project involves the end-to-end recruitment process for the position, including identifying and assessing potential candidates who meet the specified criteria and are a strong cultural fit for the organisation.
