CCTV Network Services Multi-Section RFQ

⁠⁠⁠Kempsey Shire Council is seeking quotes from suitably qualified providers to deliver end-to-end CCTV network services across four sections:

1) Transition to a centralised, hybrid-cloud VMS platform;

2) Supply and installation of CCTV equipment;

3) Preventative and corrective maintenance; and

4) Optional monitoring services.

The purpose is to consolidate legacy VMS platforms, standardise camera fleet and configurations, uplift cybersecurity (encryption, RBAC, removal of default credentials), and restore reliable connectivity (including microwave/4G/5G backhaul) while implementing structured maintenance and documentation.

Note respondents can respond to one, multiple, or all sections of the RFQ.
