P2026-729 Parks Footpath Resurfacing

•  Council requires the services of a contractor competent in resurfacing paths with chip seal and asphalt and able to carry out concrete footpath repairs.
• Tenders must be Prequalified with HDC Procurement Class: Class 1: Pre-qualified Prequalification categories: Transport Infrastructure Class C. Only tender submissions from this pre-qualified class will be considered.
• All communication / questions must be directed via the etender portal. No personal communication will be entered into.
•  Please use the response forms provided
•  Tender closing Wednesday 25 February 2026 3pm
•  Tenders to be submitted electronically via the etender portal. Please use the Response form(s) provided.
•  The TOTAL submitted file size must not exceed 50MB regardless of number of files submitted
•  Price and non-price files should be uploaded as separate files and clearly labelled as Price and Non-price.

Respondents should ensure sufficient time is allowed to upload the files to the etender portal prior to the tender closure date and time.
