Accessible Cabin Replacement for Budgewoi Holiday Park

The objective of the project is for the replacement of an 'Accessible Cabin' at Budgewoi Holiday Park. The project will include the design, manufacture, delivery, and installation of the new cabin.

In accordance with Division 4, Clause 41 of the Local Government (Manufactured Home Estates, Caravan Parks, Camping Grounds and Moveable Dwellings) Regulation 2021, all manufactured homes are to be constructed and assembled off-site.

Upon delivery, the cabin will be located within Budgewoi Holiday Park, bounded by Weemala Street and Ourringo Street, Budgewoi.

Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.
