Tender Description
Council invites Public Expressions of Interest (EOI) for suitably qualified individuals or organisations for proposals relating to the further development, improvement, rehabilitation, management and/or use of Council’s Whites Quarry (the site).
This EOI is intended to openly test the market inviting identification of proposals that may deliver community, operational, environmental and/or economic benefit to Council and the broader community. Proponents may submit innovative or alternate proposals, provided they are consistent with relevant planning, environment and legislative requirements.
Council is not bound to accept any proposal and may elect seek further information, enter negotiations, reject any/all proposals, or progress to a subsequent tender or agreement process.
