Supply of Portable Amenities Buildings

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking to purchase portable amenities, being a mixture of toilets, showers and a disabled access shower and toilet, from a suitably qualified company. The amenities will be gravity fed to a pump station.

 The buildings should be modular and easily transportable to allow for relocation throughout the region as need arise.

 The units should be self-contained and include for all necessary LED lighting, ventilation, fixtures and fittings, including all internal plumbing and electrical work to Australian Standards.

 Electrical and Plumbing connections should be designed so that relocation is a simple as possible.

 All products proposed must have a minimum rating of Wels 4 Stars where applicable.

 Fixtures to be ceramic.

 Units to include toilet roll holders, toilet brushes and holders, towel hooks/rails for showers

 Please include for the following in your response;

•  14 WC Units with Washbasins
• 5 Shower/Bathroom Units
• 1 Disabled Access Shower/Bathroom
• 1 Disabled Access WC
• Delivery to Simpkins Park 62 Cooper Drive KANDOS NSW 2848

 The 5 shower units would preferably include WCs but note that any WCs are to be in addition to the 14 WCs quoted.

 The Disabled Access Shower/Bathroom would preferably include a Disabled Access WC and note that this can be provided in lieu of a separate Disabled Access WC. Design to conform to AS1248.1 2021

 The council requires flexibility in the relocation of the units, for example we may need to only move two units to another location for a particular event. Ideally WC Units and Bathrooms would be no greater than two per building. Please advise your proposed configuration when submitting your quotation.
