Stage 1 - RFT: Medium Projects Framework (MPF) - Statewide (FA101-6)

TasWater invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a Stage 1 Tender response for inclusion in the Medium Projects Framework (MPF).

The MPF is a long-term, collaborative contracting model for the delivery of medium-complexity infrastructure projects across Tasmania. TasWater intends to appoint at least three Delivery Partners under this framework to deliver a coordinated program of works across three key streams: pipelines, pump stations, and dam-related infrastructure.

This RFT represents Stage 1 of a two-stage procurement process. No commercial or pricing information is required at this stage. Stage 1 focuses on non-priced criteria including organisational capability, capacity, systems, and alignment with collaborative delivery principles. Shortlisted Tenderers will then be invited to participate in Stage 2, involving a detailed technical and commercial assessment.
