ABOUT COFFS HARBOUR CITY COUNCIL:

Coffs Harbour is positioned halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. ABOUT THIS EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI):

Council is seeking expressions of interest from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors the provision of Digital Asset Management (DAM) software for City contract CON00735 Expression of Interest - Market Review of Digital Asset Management Systems (DAMs). The City anticipates this EOI will be used to gather key information of DAM offerings which might then be used to source quotations from which a DAM systems provider can be sourced using the Citys Purchase Order Terms and Conditions (included in the EOI package).

ENQUIRIES:

Enquiries and clarifications to this EOI should be directed to Ms Jen Walker Team Leader Brand and Communications via the online forum by the close-off date and time which is 10am on Wednesday 24 February 2026.

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed EOI submissions must be submitted in soft copy via the electronic tender box (which is Councils method for submissions) using the attached MS Word Returnable Schedules document provided. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion. Submissions made in hard copy format, or sent via email, fax or other media will not be considered.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:

EOI submissions must be prior to 10am on Friday 27 February 2026 and submissions must be fully uploaded by this time. Please be aware that your documents (and those of other tenderers being uploaded immediately prior to the Tender closing date/time) might adversely affect document upload times. Proponents, therefore, are strongly advised to allow adequate document upload time prior to the Tender closing time.

Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of the EOI, and reserves the right to conduct the EOI process and select the successful proponent as it sees most advantageous. Council staff other than the contact listed in the EOI document are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Canvassing of Councillors or Council staff regarding this EOI will render a proponents response invalid.
