Western Downs Regional Council seeks to establish the PA03 Traffic Management Services Panel Arrangement to enable the efficient and compliant engagement of qualified providers to deliver traffic control and associated services across the region. This arrangement supports Council’s operational and strategic objectives by ensuring safe, consistent, and well‑coordinated traffic management for construction works road maintenance, civil infrastructure projects, community events, and incident response.
The PA03 Traffic Management Services Panel Arrangement is established under Council’s Tender Consideration Plan (the Plan) for the period 1 January 2026 to 28 February 2031. The Plan has been developed in accordance with Section 230 of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (Qld), demonstrating Council’s commitment to ethical procurement, value for money and continuity of service delivery.
