Engineering & Associated Services Panel Arrangement

Western Downs Regional Council seeks to establish the PA01 Engineering & Associated Services Panel Arrangement to streamline access to qualified providers across a broad range of technical disciplines. This arrangement supports Council’s strategic objectives by enabling efficient, transparent and value‑for‑money engagement with suppliers in areas such as design and drafting, project management, geotechnical investigations and specialist engineering consultancy.

The PA01 Engineering & Associated Services Panel Arrangement is established under Council’s Tender Consideration Plan (the Plan) for the period 1 January 2026 to 28 February 2031. The Plan has been developed in accordance with Section 230 of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (Qld), demonstrating Council’s commitment to ethical procurement, value for money and continuity of service delivery.
