Project goals
The project aims to establish revised discounts and pricing arrangements under existing NSW Standing Offer Agreements to support the timely replacement and procurement of medical imaging equipment across NSW Health. The objectives are to ensure value for money, pricing consistency, compliance with Standing Offer terms, and continuity of supply for Local Health District (LHD), Health Infrastructure (HI), and HealthShare NSW projects through to 30 June 2026. The project also supports sustainability outcomes by requiring reporting on equipment deinstallation, recycling, and repurposing.
Scope
The scope includes the supply of medical imaging equipment, consumables, and whole-of-life operating and maintenance services under existing NSW Standing Offer Agreements. This Further Tender Option covers Computed Tomography, Injectors and Contrast, Angio/Cath Lab equipment, and Ultrasound systems to support Local Health District and Health Infrastructure replacement projects. Vendors must provide compliant pricing and discounts valid to 30 June 2026, support staged purchasing via purchase orders, and meet sustainability reporting requirements for deinstalled equipment.
