Health NZ Waitematā Emergency Lighting

Health New Zealand – Waitematā is undertaking the Emergency Lighting Programme to address identified compliance, safety, and asset-condition risks associated with ageing emergency lighting systems across its hospital campuses i.e. North Shore Hospital, Waitakere Hospital and Mason Clinic.

The Project seeks to deliver a fully compliant, reliable, and future-proof emergency lighting system by replacing remaining legacy Nexus LX fittings and associated infrastructure with a modern Nexus RF solution. The programme will improve life-safety outcomes for patients, staff, and visitors, ensure compliance with current standards, and reduce ongoing operational and maintenance risks, while being delivered within live, operational healthcare environments.
