CWMS Renewal

Renmark Paringa Council invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of services to undertake renewal works on a portion of the Community Wastewater Management System (CWMS) pipes in Joyce and Elenore Avenue Paringa, based on provided condition data identifying these assets as requiring remediation.

Scope: 

Renmark Paringa Council (Council) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to undertake CWMS Renewal on identified sections within the Renmark Paringa network.

Joyce and Elenore Avenue Paringa have been identified and assessed as requiring remedial work to the pipeline.

The successful tenderer will be required to:

• Confirm pipe condition and defect locations with preliminary site inspection to identify all requirements and options for renewal;

• Supply pricing for a full reline for identified pipes;

• Supply linear rates and methodology for the below options:

• reline

• patch repairs

• pit repairs and lid replacement

The successful tenderer will responsible for all work required to locate existing pipeline and renewal infrastructure in accordance with local and state regulations.
