Provision of Waste Haulage and Disposal Services - Separable Parts

The Principal is seeking Tenders for the haulage and disposal of materials in accordance with the Department of Water and Environment Regulations (DWER) waste classifications and waste definitions. The material must be hauled and disposed of from the nominated Principal's Depot, or other work sites within the City of Swan, and disposed of at an accredited waste or recycling facility.

The Contract will be awarded in Separable Parts:

(a) Separable Part A: Haulage and disposal of Landfill Class I type materials

(b) Separable Part B: Haulage and disposal of Landfill Class II and III type materials

Tenderers may place a submission for Part A and/or Part B. The Principal reserves the right to accept Part A and/or Part B. The Principal will not consider offers which are conditional to the acceptance of more than one Separable Part, unless submitted as an Alternative Offer.
