ECU City Campus Official Launch Event Management

The purpose of this tender is to appoint a suitable, experienced and professional event management company to support the delivery of a series of high-profile official launch events at ECU’s new, world-class city campus.

The appointed provider will be responsible for the planning, coordination, management, and execution of to (2) major events and a series of smaller activations:

1. Private Long Table Event – an exclusive event for key VIP stakeholders and dignitaries.
2. Official Opening Ceremony – a formal celebration marking the official launch of ECU City, with a broader audience of ECU stakeholders, donors, alumni and partners.
3. Activations – a series of smaller scale activations designed to welcome and engage past, present and future students and the broader members of the community into the campus.

The objective of this project is to mark this significant milestone, through a developed ECU City Official Launch Program, a strategically phased series of events, offerings, and activations designed to celebrate the opening of the campus, build institutional pride, and enhance public awareness.
