Banana Shire Council seeks quotations from suitably qualified consultants to develop a Roads Asset Management Strategy and Framework that provides a clear, consistent, and defensible basis for planning, managing, and investing in the Shire’s local road network.
The Framework will support Council’s strategic objectives, statutory obligations, and long-term financial sustainability by establishing agreed road hierarchy, levels of service, maintenance and intervention logic, and a transparent link between community outcomes, asset management, and capital investment decisions.
