Main Contractors for Wellington Greta Point Redevelopment

Earth Sciences NZ (ESNZ) is seeking Registrations of Interest from suitably experienced main construction contractors for the staged redevelopment of its Greta Point site, including a new approximately 9,000m² three-level laboratory and workplace building, a 500m² stores building, and associated site works, to be delivered on an occupied site.

Shortlisted respondents will be invited to tender from April 2026 and must demonstrate recent experience delivering projects of similar scale and complexity, including PC2 laboratories, multi-story buildings, and redevelopment works on constrained or occupied sites.
