Burrage Reserve Soccer Pavilion Refurbishment

This tender is to undertake refurbishment works to the Burrage Reserve Soccer Pavilion which is home to the Newborough Yallourn United Soccer Club (NYUSC). This renewal project is focused on the older building and will provide updated additional change spaces and amenities to accommodate senior and junior games, which are played on the same day. Some minor works are also proposed for the social room to enhance the functionality of the space.

Please note: Tenderers are required to attend ONE mandatory site meeting which will be held at Burrage Reserve Soccer Pavilion, John Field Dr, Newborough Victoria 3825. Tenderers are to contact the nominated Procurement Officer to confirm attendance prior to the site meeting as detailed in the Tender Document.

There are two date options for tenderers to choose from as detailed below:

Between 10.00 am and 11.00 am on Wednesday, 4 February 2026

OR

Between 10.00 am and 11.00 am on Thursday, 5 February 2026

B. $20,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance
