This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW), ICT Division is seeking an experienced D365 Developer responsible for developing, configuring, customising, supporting, deploying, and maintaining Power Apps Portals and Dynamics 365 solutions.
The successful candidate should be versatile and proficient across a wide range of Azure, Power Platform, D365, Azure Service Bus, and Logic Apps practices, including both model-driven and canvas app development.
This position is a mix of APS6 and EL1- equivalent role.

The successful candidate is required, but not limited to:
- Contribute across all phases of projects (e.g., Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test)
- Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent solution delivery.
- Work closely with the testers and project team to ensure DevOps items are being managed to meet timeframes, timely development sprints are achieved, and defects are resolved.
- Work in an agile methodology operating environment.
- Create and update technical design documents and as build documentation.
Skills & Experience required:
1. D365 Developer: At least 7 years of experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation and deployment of Dynamics 365 systems.
2. Demonstrated experience in customising and configuring:
- Case Management
- Knowledge articles
- Data security (roles and permissions)
- Entities, forms, views, workflows and business rules.
3. Demonstrated experience with REST API, WebService integrations, SharePoint, Power BI and data migration.
4. Power Platform Developer: At least 7 years of experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation and deployment of Power Apps Portal solutions. Demonstrated Experience using JQuery, HTML, CSS, Java Script, Bootstrap 3.3 & above, liquid templates.
5. Demonstrated experience in customising and configuring:
- Basic and advanced forms
- Web pages, views, forms, and entities
- Dataverse entities.
6. Demonstrated experience with REST APIs integrations SharePoint integration, Power BI and understanding of Power Apps AI Builder.
