This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Data and Service Delivery Governance Branch within DFAT's Information Management and Technology Division have a requirement for multiple experienced ICT Project Managers. The Project Manager/s will be responsible for the planning, executing, and tracking of approved projects, products and initiatives assigned to them.
They will work as part of integrated teams and are responsible for defining, documenting, and managing benefits, products, outcomes, interdependencies, risks, and issues associated with each project.
Project Managers are required to complete mandatory project artefacts such as project plans, business requirements agreements, schedules, monthly status reporting, end stage and/or end project closure reports, Assets Under Construction (AUC) and capitalisation reports, and other key documents.
Project Managers are expected to manage stakeholders (business and technical) to ensure transparency and clarity of deliverables, dependencies, and agreements are understood.
They deliver briefings to relevant stakeholders when decisions and/or escalations are required, and leverage governance forums such as the IT Project Board to ensure any decisions regarding their project is formally documented and approved through established governance.
Project Managers are expected to familiarise themselves with commercial, technology architecture, resource, and legislative or compliance guardrails or constraints associated with their projects.
