Supply & Delivery (1) Road Grader

Alexandrina Council invites Tenders from suppliers for the supply and delivery of One (1) Road Grader, to be delivered to Alexandrina Council, 127 Kessell Road, Goolwa SA, 5214.

The Road Grader is to comply in all respects with the requirements of currently applicable legislation, including but not limited to:

•  Heavy Vehicles National Law (HVNL) and associated Regulations that operate in South Australia.
• South Australian Road Traffic Act and Regulations. SA Road Rules

The Tenderer shall provide the Goods in accordance with the detailed Specifications contained within Section D of the RFT Documentation.

Council will enter into an Agreement for Goods with the successful Tenderer.
