Civil and Structural Consultancy – Recquatic Centre Redevelopment

The City of Kwinana is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Structural and Civil Engineering Consultant to provide professional services for the Aquatic and Recreation Facility Redevelopment/Refurbishment.

The scope is to include all structural and civil design elements not limited to building extensions and alterations as well as pool structural design, retaining walls and civil engineering as relevant.

This project form part of the Citys broader vision to enhance community infrastructure and public amenity.

The appointed consultant(s) will support the City throughout the project lifecycle by delivering accurate cost planning, value management, and financial oversight to ensure the successful delivery within budget and to the required standards.
