Whitsundays Electorate Office Fitout ITO (Proserpine)

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is calling for tender submissions to complete the relocation and fitout of the Whitsunday Electorate Office.

The Whitsunday Electorate Office will be relocating to 16 Main St, Proserpine. The project includes and is not limited to certified design, demolition, construction of internal partition walls, electrical works, mechanical services works, hydraulic services works, joinery, flooring, glazing, access control & security hardware installation, removal and relocation of office furniture, equipment and items, supply and installation of FF&E, final finishes, certification, and provision of a full suite of as-built and O&M documentation.
