Service Managers oversee the delivery and support of IT tools and services to users throughout the organisation, and sometime to external users as well. They look for opportunities to improve service delivery support and ensure it meets user and business needs.
The Senior Cloud FinOps Specialist plays a pivotal role in optimising cloud expenditure, promoting financial accountability across teams, and enabling the organisation to maximise value from cloud investments. The position sits within the Cloud Governance team and is responsible for building and maintaining FinOps practices, providing strategic guidance, and collaborating with technical and finance teams to ensure efficient cloud spend management.
