Tender Description
The scope of this request is for landscape construction works, of liquid limestone footpaths, compacted crushed limestone surface, fabrication and construction of natural limestone block seats and the construction and installation of a sign shelter and a gathering area. Fabrication and installation of park signage, and refurbishment of existing park seats.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Beeliar Regional Park Carpark – Opposite 141 Progress Dr, North Lake WA 6163, Perth on 3 Feb, 2026 10:00 AM.
Respondents are requested to confirm attendance to the mandatory briefing by no later than 2:00 PM, Western Australia, Friday 30th January.
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
