Palm Island ASC: Invitation to Tender - Licence of Storage Units at Palm Island Airport for Vehicles

Palm Island Aboriginal Shire Council is the trustee of Lot 97 on SP221998 which is located at 1 Butler Road, Palm Island Airport, Palm Island QLD 4816.

Council is inviting interested parties to submit a tender to:

• licence one of ten (10) individual lockable garage units (each measuring 3m x 8m with a height of 2.5m) for the storage of a vehicle and or commercial equipment at the Palm Island Airport, located within a purpose-built building constructed from Colorbond steel; and

• enter into a one (1) year licence agreement with Council for use of one (1) garage unit for the Permitted Purpose.

This Invitation to Tender process is being run by Peak Services on behalf of Palm Island Aboriginal Shire Council.
