Tender Description

The Shire of Ashburton (Principal) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Construction Contractors to enter a Design and Construct (D&C) contract for the completion of detailed design, fabrication, delivery, and installation of various improvement works at the Pannawonica Sports Club, Pannawonica, Western Australia.

The project comprises improvements to the existing club facility and surrounding grounds to enhance functionality, amenity, and public use.

The Works includes a new alfresco area with retaining walls, balustrades, structural shade sail support systems, new clubhouse access doors and installation of a new playground with shade structures, landscaping and associated site works. Various preliminary site investigations have been completed and are included in this Request.
