The works include some paving, concreting, timber decking, installation of shade sails and other minor works to the front outdoor area of the Rockingham Art Centre.

One site inspection for the Tender will be held and will commence at 9.00am on Tuesday, 3 February 2026. Tenderers must attend the site inspection.

Tenders close at 2pm Wednesday, 11 February 2026 at the City's Administration Centre, Civic Boulevard, Rockingham
